Netflix Comes to PS3

Netflix streaming is finally coming to the PlayStation 3 in November. Find out how to enable streaming by reading on.

Today, Netflix announced that it will begin streaming its Watch Instantly service to the PlayStation 3 game console. The new service will begin in November. Come November, Netflix members will be able to receive a FREE Blu-Ray disc that will enable the streaming service. Previously, the streaming service was only available on the Xbox 360, and only to members who paid an additional fee to become Xbox Live Gold Members.     Very cool. As long as it supports HD. My PlayOn media server works just fine for me and without adding a bluray disc.

      Yeah, I’ve been using PlayOn for months, with no trouble. But if it makes browsing the catalog a bit easier, then that’s cool with me. PlayOn offers so much other stuff that I doubt I will ever get rid of it. I even have a plug-in for live TV streams now. Awesome!
